Guerra Eterna

PRIMERA CARTA:
Dear Paulo,
The facts:
1. They ordered us not to distribute the book (the Zahir) during the bookfair.
2. if we sell even one copy there, they will close down Caravan.
3. I asked them if the book is prohibited totally or only in the bookfair.
They told me for the time being, I should not ask any more questions and in a few days, they will call me to report myself somewhere.
4. I have not slept during the last 48 hours, trying to contact people in charge, no answer. But today, some one from the ministry of culture came to me and told me that they have become extremely afraid of the increased popularity of Paulo Coelho after the release of THE ZAHIR. You know, thousands of people were gathering in front of our stand, to buy the book and the watch your interview (with Persian subtitles) and a documentary on your visit to Iran in 2000.
5. Today, a book was released by a publisher, from Paulo Coelho, Its name is: "On the Wings of Love"!! It seems there's a conspiracy going on.

Dear Paulo,

So, they came again and asked us not to distribute it. I became furious and said that they should say it officially in an official letter. They said they would not do that, but if I distribute it, they will burn down my office.
I called the embassy of Brazil and told them about the situation, So, I am going to sell the Zahir again tomorrow. Whatever happens. I don't care anymore, and I am not afraid anymore. But what you can do for me, is to propaganda everything. You were right, the only thing that can save me now is your propaganda.
